I have the pleasure of linking you with this incredible team of experts. I have over 25 years of corporate research experience, split between both supplier and in-house manager roles, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder. You get a street-smart "real world" perspective as well as rock-solid design and analytical training targeting your business questions.
I structured my company as a virtual company for a couple key reasons. First, as a corporate research manager, I was often a bit frustrated when dealing with large research firms. I just needed what I needed when I needed it and didn't want to go through hoops and layers to pull together a research project. I also didn't like paying for experts and services that I didn't need: overhead costs that got folded into my project invoice and ate into my limited budget.
Second, over the years I have worked with very talented and committed people. I am fortunate enough to have several of them as part of my network of experts. Each of them is an entrepreneur and enjoying their own success in their own firm or endeavor. We share the need for autonomy but also highly value collaboration and peer review of ideas. We know our clients benefit when we put our "collective brain" to work on their projects.
So, over ten years ago, when I started Sikora Associates, LLC, I deliberately structured an organization that minimized hassles and costs for my clients and maximized the opportunites for collaboration with this team of experts.
